01 General Terms & Conditions

Bajee99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online gaming and lottery platform based in Bangladesh. By using bajee99, you agree to comply with the general terms outlined below.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bajee99 services, products, promotions, and content. bajee99 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and any changes will be reflected on the website.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use bajee99's services.
• Bajee99 provides services exclusively to individuals residing in Bangladesh.
• The bajee99 platform is intended for personal entertainment only. Use for professional or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

• The Bangla version of these terms shall be considered the definitive version.

02 Account Registration & Verification

To register an account on bajee99, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false details or using another person's identity will be immediately closed, and all balances may be forfeited.

Registration Requirements

• Each person may hold only one account on bajee99. If an individual is found to be operating multiple accounts, all of them will be closed.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must remain active.
• Bajee99 may request a copy of your National ID or passport for identity verification at any time.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. bajee99 will not be held liable for any issues arising from sharing your password with others.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact the bajee99 support team immediately.

KYC Verification Process

Bajee99 follows international KYC standards. Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals of ৳10,000 or more. One of the following documents is required for verification:

• National ID Card (NID) — clear photos of both sides
• Photo of the first and last pages of your passport
• Driving License (both sides)

KYC verification typically takes 24 to 48 hours to complete. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while verification is in progress.

03 Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on bajee99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Only bajee99-approved payment methods may be used for deposits and withdrawals.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal from a bonus balance can be made.
• Bajee99 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in cases of suspicious activity.
• The maximum withdrawal limit per business day is ৳50,000 (a special process applies for prizes of five lakh taka).

04 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Bajee99 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. To take advantage of these offers, the following terms must be met.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 10x the total bonus amount must be met (Wagering Requirement: 10x).

General Bonus Terms

• The same person may not claim the same bonus offer more than once.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bajee99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Wagering requirements also apply to winnings from free tickets or free bets.
• Bajee99 reserves the right to limit or revoke bonus privileges for any member at its discretion.

VIP & Loyalty Program

Bajee99 VIP members enjoy exclusive benefits and rewards. VIP tier is determined by monthly wagering volume. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply to active accounts only.

05 Lottery, Jackpot & Prizes

All lottery and jackpot draws on bajee99 are powered by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system. Every draw result is completely fair and random.

Prize Claim Rules

• Prizes up to ৳1,000 are credited to your account automatically.
• For prizes over ৳1,000, please contact bajee99 support.
• Additional identity verification is required for prizes of ৳1 lakh or more.
• Prizes not claimed within 90 days of the draw date will be forfeited.

Ticket Purchase Terms

Lottery tickets purchased on bajee99 are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. bajee99 reserves the right to cancel or postpone any draw for any reason before it begins. If a draw is cancelled, the full ticket price will be refunded.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajee99 platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action where necessary.

• Fraud & Hacking: Exploiting system vulnerabilities or using bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: bajee99 strictly adheres to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policy. Suspicious transactions will be reported to law enforcement authorities.
• Multiple Accounts: If any individual attempts to claim bonus benefits by opening multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Bonus Abuse: If a user deliberately exploits the system to obtain bonuses, bajee99 reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings.
• Underage Accounts: Opening an account for anyone under 18, or allowing them to play, is strictly prohibited.
• Using Another Person's Information: Using another person's ID or bank details to operate an account is a criminal offence.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Bajee99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation
• In cases of suspicious financial activity
• If KYC verification is not completed
• At your own request (under self-exclusion or responsible gaming)
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)

You can also request account closure at any time by emailing us at support@bajee99.ws. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned before the account is closed.

08 Privacy & Data Protection
